Lettershop and Mailing Services
At PMI we pride ourselves in providing quality to each job that we receive by setting standards to reach on-time delivery and providing maximum postal discounts.
The Bindery includes services such as bursting, cutting, folding, slitting and gate folding. The Addressing includes using the Cheshire labeling, printing on latest printers including Scitex Inkjet and our high quality Inkjet. These printers are capable of printing 4.5 inches of image area with an option of selecting 3 different locations. The equipment also offers choices to allow various ranges of colors. All of our inkjet systems are equipped with high-speed dryers to allow coated stock imaging. The Machine inserting allows inserters to use envelopes with sizes ranging up to 9 x 12 and stations including up to 8 inserts. This allows friction feeders to handle open-end inserts as well as provide in-line metering and stamping.
The Hand assembly enables us to carry out most intricate projects including match mailings and kit assembling. Our poly bagging service meets USPS requirements along with our fully automated shrink-wrapping system. Our new Drop Shipment Consolidation Program offers drop shipment discounts on mailings starting with pieces as minimum as 50,000. This feature offers most customers with a net savings of $8.00/M.
We offer in-house United States Post Office (USPS) plant load authorization for standard mail and full drop shipment capabilities. The USPS make daily schedule pick ups for our First Class mailings.
