NCOA/DSF/CASS/DPV
Collectively known as “data hygiene,” these services work together to update
and standardize your mailing data. This ensures that all records are USPS-compliant
and all required reports are generated to assist you in analyzing the results of your
campaign. Prompt Mailers uses the robust 48-month NCOA rather than the more
common 18-month version, ensuring that your records are updated using a full four
years of move history.

Prompt Suppress: Undeliverable as Addressed
After data hygiene is performed, this proprietary database can be utilized to
match your list against ACS (Address Correction Services) records from many mailers —
  over 70 million households and 350 million pieces per month. Because an estimated
40% of U.S. households do not fill out change-of-address forms, Prompt Suppress complements
the NCOA process in identifying and eliminating pieces that are potentially “undeliverable as addressed.”

Merge Purge
Take advantage of Advanced Merge Purge capabilities to cleanse your lists of duplicate
records. Comprehensive reporting breaks out all matches and suppressions by list name as
well as by total records provided. Standard report packages include counts by state, multi-buyer,
and a crossover matrix that shows where overlaps exist between your lists.

DMA Mail Preference Service
The Direct Marketing Association’s Mail Preference Service (or “do not mail”) file includes
consumers who have requested not to be solicited via postal mail. All consumer prospect
mailing lists should be run against this file.

Deceased File
In addition to wasting resources, why risk alienating customers by mailing to their
deceased love ones? This file offers a match to a database of deceased individuals based
on the latest U.S. Social Security Administration records. 

Prison File
Depending on your marketing goals, you may or may not want to mail to prison addresses.
Use this file to eliminate unwanted prison addresses from your mailing files.

Modeling and Profiling
Get to know your customers better — and find more like them — with Modeling and Profiling services.
